BAT FOR LASHES, LADYTRON, AND ANE BRUN TO SIDEWAYS
Sideways artists’ performance dates are now announced, and new names have been added to the lineup. Among the additions are the iconic indie artist Bat For Lashes (UK), who is currently preparing a new album, and one of the most significant electro and synthpop bands of the 2000s Ladytron (UK). Also performing at Nordis are Ane Brun (NO), one of the Nordic Countries’ most successful singer-songwriters, as well as the multi-talented Alessandro Cortini (IT), known as a long-standing member of Nine Inch Nails.
In addition to the mentioned names, Sideways presents its audience with more domestic music: immensely energetic musical force Ursus Factory and the long-awaited return of the experimental kraut rock ensemble Rättö & Lehtisalo. The festival will also feature singer-songwriter Mikko Joensuu, and the fiercest after party will be hosted by Paha Vaanii DJs.
One and two-day tickets for the festival are now on sale, and the current prices are valid until the end of this week. The prices for two and three-day tickets will increase on Monday, March 4th. Due to popular demand, this year single-day tickets will also be exchanged for wristbands.
